As per your query, you need to install the contact form 7 plugin and after that, you have to use form shortcode in the customizer to add shortcode in the newsletter and same in the contact page.

Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS >> Put the given CSS on it >> Publish.

As per your query, we are giving you some easy steps to link category to a subcategory.
Go to Dashboard >> Course >> Edit the page you have made, in right-hand side you will see categories in which you can add the parent category updated the page >> you will get parent category link to the category.

The Slider you are using on the homepage is not from our theme, so you have to talk to the support of the slider plugin.
We are giving you some easy steps and CSS to change the color od drop down.
Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Customize >> Additional CSS >> Put the given CSS on it >> Publish.
