    Hi,

    Just purchase this Pro version and trying to activate it.

    Downloaded file and when trying to add Plugin it gives this message .. The link you followed has expired ..

    Can you please tell me how can I activate PRO version.

    Hi,

    Please upload the plugin zip file from Plugins -> Add New -> Upload. it will work.

    And upload themes from Appearance -> Themes -> Add New.

    let us know if you have any other issue.

    Hi I have try this few times.
    I uploaded the plugin zip file (academic-education-pro-child_1.0.zip) from Plugins -> Add New -> Upload.
    It starts to load and then this message shows up.

    “The link you followed has expired”

    What else I should do.

    for this one as well same issue.

    other files are fine just these 2 are messing up. What else I should do.

    Hi Ben,
    As per your query, (academic-education-pro-child_1.0.zip),(academic-education-pro_1.0.2.zip).
    These both zip files are THEMES you cannot upload them to Plugins.
    Just upload themes from Appearance -> Themes -> Add New.
    After uploading them on THEMES, please activated (academic-education-pro_1.0.2.zip).

    Hi, Thanks for the email, yes i did that..
    Appearance > Themes > Add New – my website is on the Theme

    I just want to activate the PRO version. i have downloaded the file after purchase. (academic-education-pro_1.0.2.zip)
    when try to activate, i get this message .

    The link you followed has expired.
    Please try again.

    what could i do to activate the Pro version.

    Hi Ben,
    As per your query, maybe you are uploading theme on plugins.
    Please again upload the theme on Themes.
    Go to Dashboard >> Appearance >> Themes >> Add New >> Upload Theme >> Select the theme zip and upload >> Activate.

    As per your query, its look like you have an issue to install the theme.

    Hi，， Solved myself. delete the png photo from the folder. then upload as normal. Success 100%.
