    Hi,

I created a new course and want to upload to my WP site. But the ‘Add to Menu’ button doesn’t work. It is not highlighted. And, therefore won’t activate.

This is what I am doing. I go to Appearance / Menu and under ‘Add menu items’, I then choose Courses drop down list, then I click on the course I want to add to the menu. However, when I click on the course, the ‘Add to Menu’ button doesn’t work. And, as I said it won’t activate.

    Please help!

    Thanks,

    Cynthia

    Hi,

    Thanks for your message.

You are following the right steps.

Go to Menu Settings >> select Primary Menu >> and save it

If you need further assistance or clarification please let us know.

    Many Thanks!

    Hi,

I went to Appearance / Menu and under the ‘Edit Menus’ tab, I changed the ‘Select a menu to edit:’ from ‘Service Menu’ (where I want to upload the course) to ‘Legal Pages (Primary Menu)’ (as you suggested), but the problem unfortunately remained the same. When I click on the course, the ‘Add to Menu’ button doesn’t work. It won’t activate.

Also, if I am in the right area for your instructions “Menu Settings >> select Primary Menu >> and save it”. The ‘Save Menu’ button doesn’t activate either. When I changed the ‘Select a menu to edit:’ from ‘Service Menu’ (where I want to upload the course) to ‘Legal Pages (Primary Menu)’ (as you suggested), the ‘Select’ button works, but not the ‘Save Menu’ button.

    Please help!

    Thanks,

    Cynthia

    Thanks
