Hi,

I purchased the pro version & received an email to download it…but I can’t download it and in my account it still appears in orders as “on hold”. Please release it for me to download asap.

Hi Jasmyn,
We have checked your order and its gone on hold due to PayPal conflict.
But now your order is completed and please check it and download the theme and plugin.
Please check your email we have sent other information also.
