    Hi. I just purchased the multipurpose pro template. How do I install this?? I clicked on “download” and it redirects me to “shop”. And one more question, why am I on here? Is there really no way to get someone on the phone or via email that can help me?

    Hi,

    Sorry for the delayed response.

    We provide support via emails and support forum.

    Go to https://www.logicalthemes.com/my-account/ with your details. Then go to the downloads section and download the updated theme.

    Then upload the theme from the Appearance -> Themes and plugin from Plugins > Add New -> Upload.

    After the successful installation go to the Appearance -> Get started -> Run Importer. It will give you the exact demo like we have on our demo.

    When I go to install it through wordpress, it keeps telling me the style.css is missing and index.php . I keep trying, but nothing is working. Can you please help?
